Interactive Opportunities for Vendors
COLLECT//PLAY is designed so vendors are not just stalls on a floor. They can become part of the collection. Visitors can discover vendors through the digital Passport, hidden Easter egg trail and scheduled Flash events across the weekend.
Vendor Passport
Every accepted vendor may be included in the digital Passport so visitors can scan, collect and discover their stall.
Flash Events
Selected vendors may be invited to sponsor or host a Flash Challenge: a short, timed collecting or community challenge that drives visitors around the show floor during the day.
Sponsored Badges
Flash Challenge sponsorship is expected to start from £150 per challenge/badge. This can help fund a small prize, badge artwork, promotion and challenge placement. Final packages will be confirmed before any payment is taken.
Hidden Easter Eggs
The Easter egg hunt is a hidden-card trail across the event. Selected vendors may be invited to help hide, reveal or support part of the trail. Details will be controlled by the event team so the hunt remains fair.
Opportunities are curated, not guaranteed for every vendor. Small prizes and sponsored badges remain subject to sponsor and venue confirmation. No sponsorship payments are being taken yet.
